Content Policy

1. Ownership

All content made available through The Ruby Room — photographs, videos, voice notes, written posts, and any other material — is created, owned, and controlled by Ruby Reid or her licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright law.

Your paid membership grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view that content while your subscription is active. It grants no ownership, no resale rights, and no right to reproduce or distribute.

2. Age and consent

Every person appearing in content published in The Ruby Room was at least 18 years of age at the time of creation and consented to the creation and distribution of that content within this members-only channel. We maintain appropriate records of age and consent for all performers as required by applicable law.

Consent is limited to distribution inside The Ruby Room. No performer has consented to their content being redistributed anywhere else, in any form.

3. Permitted use

You may view content within the members-only Telegram channel, on your own devices, for your own private, personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

4. Strictly prohibited

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Take screenshots or screen recordings of any content;
• Download, save, copy, archive, or mirror content;
• Repost, forward, upload, stream, or share content on any platform, website, forum, cloud drive, or private group — including private messages and closed communities;
• Sell, license, trade, or otherwise commercially exploit content;
• Edit, crop, watermark over, deepfake, or otherwise alter content, or create derivative works from it;
• Use content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence system;
• Share your account, invite link, or channel access with any other person;
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to collect content.

These prohibitions survive the end of your membership and apply indefinitely.

5. Enforcement

We monitor for unauthorised distribution and take it seriously. Consequences of violation may include:

• Immediate and permanent removal from the channel without refund;
• DMCA takedown notices to hosts, platforms, and search engines;
• Reports to the platform on which the infringing material appeared;
• Civil claims for copyright infringement, which under United States law can carry statutory damages of up to $150,000 per wilfully infringed work, plus legal fees;
• Referral to law enforcement where the conduct may be criminal, including non-consensual distribution of intimate images, which is unlawful in Florida and most other jurisdictions.

6. Reporting stolen or leaked content

If you find content from The Ruby Room posted anywhere outside the channel, please tell us. Reports are confidential and genuinely helpful.

Email rubyreiddaily@gmail.com with the URL or platform, a description of what you saw, and the date you saw it.

7. Copyright takedown notices (DMCA)

To submit a takedown notice, or a counter-notice if you believe your material was removed in error, email rubyreiddaily@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work concerned;
2. The exact location (URL) of the material at issue;
3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

8. Member conduct in the channel

The Ruby Room is a members-only space. Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, spam, solicitation, and any sexually exploitative material involving minors or non-consenting people are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

9. Content changes

The type, frequency, and mix of content may evolve. We do not guarantee any particular volume or schedule of posts, and we may remove or archive previously posted content at our discretion.
