Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Ruby Room ("we", "us", "our") is a members-only content channel operated by Ruby Reid and her management team, based in Florida, United States. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and us and govern your access to the website at rubyreiddaily.com and to The Ruby Room Telegram channel (together, the "Service").

By accessing the Service, subscribing, or clicking a Join button, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. You must be 18 or older

The Service is strictly for adults. By subscribing you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
• You are legally permitted to view adult-oriented content where you live;
• You are accessing the Service voluntarily and for your own personal use.

We may terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor, without refund of any portion of the current billing period beyond what applicable law requires.

3. What the membership includes

A paid membership grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access The Ruby Room Telegram channel for as long as your subscription remains active. Content is posted on a regular basis; however, we do not guarantee a specific quantity, type, frequency, or schedule of posts, and the mix of content may change over time.

Your membership is a licence to view content, not a transfer of ownership of any content.

4. Pricing, billing, and renewal

Membership is billed monthly at 750 Telegram Stars per month, which Telegram prices at approximately $14.99 USD for in-app purchases on iOS. The exact amount you pay in your local currency depends on how and where you buy Telegram Stars, and Apple or Google may add their own platform fees.

Billing is handled by Telegram, not by us

All payments are processed through Telegram's native Stars subscription system. We never see, collect, receive, or store your card number, bank details, or other payment credentials. Your relationship for payment purposes is with Telegram and, where applicable, Apple or Google.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month and will continue to renew until you cancel it. Renewal charges are drawn from your Telegram Stars balance according to Telegram's rules. If your Stars balance is insufficient at renewal, your access may lapse.

Price changes

We may change the subscription price. Where required by law or by Telegram's rules, changes will apply from your next billing period, and we will give reasonable advance notice. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Cancellation and refunds

How to cancel

You may cancel at any time from your Telegram Stars settings (Telegram → Settings → My Stars → Subscriptions). Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for, after which access ends automatically.

Refunds

Because access to digital content is granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not process payments and therefore cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be directed to Telegram, or to Apple or Google if you purchased Stars through their platforms, and are subject to those companies' policies.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at rubyreiddaily@gmail.com and we will try to help you resolve it with the relevant provider.

6. Rules of conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Screenshot, screen-record, download, copy, repost, mirror, resell, or otherwise redistribute any content from The Ruby Room, in whole or in part, on any platform or in any private group;
• Share your Telegram account, invite link, or membership access with anyone else;
• Harass, threaten, stalk, dox, impersonate, or abuse Ruby, her team, or other members;
• Post illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative material in any members-only space;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract content;
• Attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, or bans;
• Use the Service or its content to train any machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model.

Violating these rules may result in immediate removal without refund, and may expose you to civil liability and, in some jurisdictions, criminal liability.

7. Intellectual property

All photographs, videos, voice notes, written posts, graphics, and other material made available through the Service are the exclusive property of Ruby Reid or her licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited viewing licence in Section 3.

Unauthorised distribution of our content is copyright infringement. We actively pursue takedowns and reserve all legal remedies. See our Content Policy for details, including how to submit a takedown notice.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you would create a risk to us or to other members. We may also discontinue the Service as a whole; if we do so, we will stop future billing.

You may end this agreement at any time by cancelling your subscription and leaving the channel.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties we do not control, including Telegram (channel hosting and payments), Apple and Google (in-app purchases of Stars), and our website hosting and analytics providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, pricing, or policy changes.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available, or that any specific content will be posted.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $50 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruby Reid, her management, and their respective agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your unauthorised distribution of our content.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida for any dispute not subject to small-claims jurisdiction, and each party waives any objection to venue there.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and material changes will apply from your next billing period where required. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
